A prestigious architectural firm in Copenhagen is seeking a talented and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research on historical buildings and structures
- Develop preservation plans and strategies
- Collaborate with construction teams to oversee the preservation process
- Inspect and assess the condition of historical buildings
- Create detailed drawings and plans for restoration projects
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Monitor project progress and ensure that deadlines are met
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Preservation Architect
- In-depth knowledge of historical preservation techniques and materials
- Strong design skills with the ability to create detailed drawings
- Familiarity with relevant laws regulations and guidelines related to preservation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
