We are seeking a talented Lead Marketing Designer to join our in-house team and play a pivotal role in supporting our revenue organization.

We are looking for a designer at core, with a very hands-on approach on design creation and execution, who will be closely collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop visually compelling assets that align our brand with business objectives.

As the Lead Marketing Designer, you will be responsible for successful conception and execution of visual creative direction on assigned projects that successfully pushes the Ageras brand forward.

Report directly to the Head of Design, you will create and oversee the creative direction and execution of marketing materials that drive engagement, performance and revenue.

You will lead and mentor a small team of in-house designers, and on a need basis, oversee and direct external resources to deliver projects in a consolidated approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the revenue organisation to understand marketing goals and develop creative strategies that support those objectives.
• Design and produce a wide range of marketing materials, including digital ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, landing pages, and print collateral.
• Lead and manage the design team, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
• Work closely with the Head of Design to develop and implement design processes that enhance efficiency and creativity within the team.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs that meet business goals.

We would like you to have:

• A strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• A bachelor's degree in Communication Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide variety of projects.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and feedback clearly.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and other relevant tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Experience in the SaaS industry is a plus.
