ARE YOU OUR NEW HR SENIOR SPECIALIST?

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our People Operation Team. This role is essential in ensuring our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle various HR tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Collaborating with management and the People team to run the business from an HR perspective.
  2. Managing employee records and ensuring all HR databases are up-to-date and accurate.
  3. Preparing and processing HR documents such as employment contracts, onboarding materials, and termination paperwork.
  4. Handling employee inquiries and providing support on HR-related issues.
  5. Coordinating and managing employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  6. Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  7. Supporting payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee information and ensuring timely submission.
  8. Organizing and maintaining HR files and records.
  9. Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition.

As our HR Specialist, you will be a key player in leveraging our knowledge about our people and organization to make informed decisions. Overall, you have a deep experience in HR and in contributing to its smooth operation.

YOUR PROFILE

  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English.
  2. Customer service-oriented and approachable.
  3. Persistent and professional attitude.
  4. Systematic and flexible.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Experienced in applying AI and machine learning to analyze and interpret data.

Therefore, we hope that you have:

  1. Proven experience in HR administration, preferably within an agency or consultant business.
  2. Strong proficiency in HR tools and data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  3. Experience with payroll.
  4. In-depth knowledge about the civil servants act (Funktionærloven) and experience in handling complicated cases.
  5. Strong communication and presentation skills.
