Product Lead

Are you self-driven, structured, and up for taking the responsibility to deliver our 5G & Advanced Services portfolio? Then you might be our new Senior Product Manager

Do you thrive in the space between Technology, CX, and the Commercial? Do you have proven competencies in combining complex technologies into clear commercial product offerings? If so, you might be the one we are looking for to fill the Senior Product Manager role in the 5G & Advanced Services team in TDC Business.

The 5G & Advanced Services team is building exciting new growth within TDC Business as we develop new products, services, and offerings that will support our customers on their digital transformation. In collaboration with our partners, we are creating outcome-based solutions that leverage TDC's industry-leading network and best-in-class partner solutions.

As part of the 5G & Advanced Services team, you will closely cooperate with the entire TDC Business organization, from Commercial Management to Implementation and Sales, to ensure that we create great and well-implemented product offerings for our many customers. It is essential that you possess great stakeholder management skills and approach issues with a self-driven problem-solving mindset. You should be able to clearly present problems, solutions, and plans. Furthermore, any prior knowledge or experience with 5G, IoT, Industry 4.0 applications, and digital platforms would be very welcome.

Your daily assignments could include:

  • Business implementation of new products in the portfolio
  • Convert new technologies into commercial products and offerings
  • Supplier management including negotiations, contract management, controlling, and follow-up
  • Product lifecycle management
  • Product development including supplier development planning
  • Implement product propositions
  • Product performance tracking and follow-up

To ensure the ongoing optimization of our portfolio, proactive response is a key competence for this position. It is all about thinking ahead and seeking the right assignments at the right time to ensure that we stay ahead, both in terms of customer demands and assignment deadlines. Planning ahead is key to being prepared for what comes next and acting on that in due time.

  • Structured, methodical, and professional in your communication
  • Approachable with great cooperation skills and good at creating relationships
  • Self-driven problem solver in close cooperation with your colleagues
  • Possess expertise and motivation to reach the goals set
  • Ask questions about the way things are done if potential for optimization can be seen
  • Thrive in an environment of change and sometimes with short deadlines to deliver
  • Experience within 5G, IoT, Industry 4.0, and digital platforms is advantageous but not essential
