We are looking for a hands-on, technically skilled Production Engineer to join our Operations and Delivery Department. This role is a balanced mix of engineering-related tasks and production, order handling, and packaging.

While technical expertise is important, it is equally crucial that the right candidate is comfortable with practical production tasks, ensuring smooth order handling and packaging processes alongside engineering work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble, test, and inspect FPGA cards for customer orders
  • Handle order processing, inventory management, and packing/shipping
  • Maintain ESD integrity and follow production guidelines
  • Report production progress and identify potential bottlenecks

Engineering & Technical Work:

  • Perform PCB assembly, rework, debugging, and modifications (BGA, SMT)
  • Build and test prototype models based on schematics
  • Conduct cable/harness assembly (splicing, crimping, soldering, pinning)
  • Perform micro-soldering under a microscope
  • Test and repair FPGA cards, including returned materials
  • Collaborate with engineers on troubleshooting and process improvements
  • Document processes, test results, and any issues accurately
  • Support R&D with various technical tasks

Qualifications

  • Technical background in electronics, electrical engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with electronic testing and circuitry
  • Familiarity with EE lab tools (oscilloscope, signal generator, power supply, etc.)
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and technical documentation
  • Experience with PCBA repair and rework at the component level
  • Strong troubleshooting skills using measurement tools
  • Fluent in English, with good verbal and written communication skills
  • Practical mindset—comfortable with both technical and production tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
  • A team player who can collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment
