About the Role:

Are you passionate about data and eager to make an impact on a global scale? Pandora is seeking a talentedEcommerce Analyst to join ourAnalytics & Insights team in Copenhagen. As a key player in driving the success of Pandora's ecommerce strategy, you will be instrumental in supporting our global analytics initiatives by fostering consistency in metrics, improving data quality, and providing actionable insights to drive growth.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a global team focused on enhancing ecommerce performance, ensuring high-quality data, and empowering decision-makers across the business. You will collaborate closely with regional teams and HQ, supporting best practices in analytics, unlocking ecommerce growth potential through high quality analysis and helping to align global systems with a unified data catalogue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Impact: Design analytical approaches that quantify business phenomena, develop compelling business cases, and drive actionable business outcomes.
  • Data Analysis: Identify and resolve discrepancies in metrics, creating a unified data catalogue for global use.
  • Training & Knowledge Sharing: Support the development and execution of training programs, helping regional teams improve their analytical capabilities.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Apply statistical techniques to provide insights into ecommerce performance, including predictive models and regression analyses using tools like Python and SQL.
  • Standardize Metrics: Collaborate with regional and HQ teams to standardize and document key ecommerce metrics, ensuring consistency across different data systems.
  • Data Quality: Audit data quality and work with data teams to improve data consistency and integrity.
  • Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders across the global team, contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives and ensuring the effective use of data insights in decision-making.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Engagement and feedback from training programs and the global analytical community.
  • Impact of statistical analyses and predictive models on business performance.
  • Improvement in data quality and integrity.
  • Effectiveness of business cases and analytical recommendations leading to measurable improvements.
  • Completion and adoption of harmonized metric documentation.

About You:

You are a logical thinker with strong commercial reasoning, capable of deriving actionable insights from data. Your ability to collaborate with diverse global teams and communicate complex analytical concepts in a clear and business-relevant manner makes you a strong candidate for this role. You are eager to contribute to continuous improvement and have a passion for data-driven decision-making.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role, ideally with experience in ecommerce or digital analytics.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), statistical software and/or coding language (Python, SQL).
  • Languages: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong ownership and accountability for delivering quality work.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to tasks.
  • Critical thinker who identifies opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
  • Ability to visualize and present analytical findings in a compelling, business-relevant way.
