We're seeking an experienced Country Manager to establish and lead our new office in Copenhagen. If you have a strong background in accounting, finance, or corporate management services, this is an exciting opportunity to drive our presence and work closely with our executive leadership.

What You'll Do

  1. Set up and lead our Danish office, spearheading business development and client relationships.
  2. Collaborate closely with the owners to shape strategic vision and drive growth in the Danish market.
  3. Ensure top-tier accounting, tax, and compliance services for our local and international clients.
  4. Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and shared success.
  5. Coordinate with our broader Scandinavian offices to ensure consistent, world-class service.

Who You Are

  1. Experienced: Strong background in accounting, finance, or corporate management services (industry experience is a plus).
  2. Leadership-Focused: A confident decision-maker with a track record of guiding teams and shaping positive workplace culture.
  3. Client-Centric: Skilled in client relations, able to build trust and long-term partnerships.
  4. Multilingual: Fluent in Danish and English; additional Nordic language skills are advantageous.
