On behalf of CISC, Basico is looking for a Reporting Specialist to their Fund & Investor Reporting Team

Copenhagen Infrastructure Service Company (CISC) enables high-performing greenfield energy infrastructure projects through specialist competencies, proactive business development, and scalable solutions.

They work exclusively for Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) and are owned by the funds managed by CIP.

As Reporting Specialist, you will refer directly to the Head of Fund & Investor Reporting and work closely with 8 highly skilled and committed colleagues in the Fund & Investor Reporting team ‒ both in Copenhagen and in Luxembourg ‒ while also working independently and taking ownership of the core processes of your role.

You will be responsible for the reporting part of the financial end-to-end process, including the preparation of quarterly investor reporting, overall controlling and analysis of performance, ensuring accuracy and completeness of reports, and contributing to improving organizational efficiency.

Your role will require you to bring reporting and IFRS knowledge to projects across finance and the business.

On a daily basis, you will engage with a broad range of contacts, both internally and externally.

Some of the primary tasks are:
  • Supporting all aspects of quarterly and year-end financial management, investor reporting, and audits, while incorporating IFRS/GAAP accounting into investor reporting.
  • Assisting in the creation of presentation materials for investors and fund management.
  • Streamlining financial reporting processes, assisting with the automation of existing workflows, and contributing to the development of new processes.
  • Enhancing and implementing the financial reporting framework for new funds and assessing new requirements from investors and regulators.
  • Assisting with reporting-related workstreams in projects spanning the finance function and the wider organization.
Your profile

You hold a relevant master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration, or are on your way to completing it, combined with a few years of full-time experience in a similar position, from Big4 or a medium/large commercially driven company.

Based on your experience, you have developed an understanding of fundamental accounting principles, complete financial statements, and IFRS standards.

You take charge, act proactively, and show personal leadership of your own tasks as well as your team's tasks.

You are highly analytical and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

You are ambitious, results-driven, and communicate openly and clearly. You are positive, service-minded, and structured.

You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and you are fluent in written and spoken English.
