Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience writing tools that are up to standards in usability and functionality that improve internal developers and modders iteration time.
  • Experience working with PC and/or console games
  • Excellent C++ skills
  • Preferably experience working with multiplayer games
  • Experience working with Unreal Engine
  • Have shipped several games
  • Relevant bachelor degree or equivalent experience
  • Very good organizational skills
  • Good communicator

Responsibilities

  • Create and own new tools and features to improve in-house team efficiency and usability, which can also be shipped and used by our community/modders
  • Refactor existing tools
  • Work with stakeholders of all disciplines to improve our tools in close collaboration with Tool Designers
  • Assist with technical design and planning tasks
  • Assist with enforcing project code standards
  • Fix bugs and help with optimization efforts
  • Mentor other developers
