Vi leder efter en Business / Finance Controller, der kan tage ansvar for at skabe økonomisk overblik, støtte beslutningstagning og sikre, at tallene matcher virkeligheden.

  • Månedsafstemning, regnskabskoordination og løbende controlling
  • Budgetopfølgning, cost-tracking og marginanalyser
  • Udarbejde rapporter til CEO og investorer (EIFO, NEFCO, m.fl.)
  • Understøtte prissætning, kontraktstyring og leveranceøkonomi
  • Samarbejde med vores eksterne bogholder og revisor
  • Optimere finansielle processer og forberede fundraising-data
  • 2–5 års erfaring med controlling, regnskab eller FP&A
  • Stærk Excel-bruger (og gerne erfaring med Pleo, E-conomic, PowerBI eller lign.)
  • Struktureret, detaljeorienteret – men ikke perfektionist
  • Trives i startup-kaos og kan selv skabe struktur
  • Skarp til kommunikation og god til at forklare økonomi for ikke-finansfolk
  • Dansk flydende – og kan lave klar, professionel rapportering på engelsk
  • Du kommer tæt på forretning, ledelse og finansielle beslutninger
