Om stillingen
Som Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance vil du lede og udvikle et team af erfarende specialister og engagerede medarbejdere. Dette team sikrer blandt andet, at interne politikker, risikostyring og kontroller er tilstrækkeligt dokumenteret på tværs af finansorganisationen, og besvigelser forhindres og bekæmpes. Derudover driver teamet løbende tiltag på procesoptimering og foretager løbende GRC-rapportering til ledelsen samt understøtter udvikling af ESG-rapportering.

Semler Gruppen er en koncern med en kompleks struktur, der omfatter flere forretningsområder, som kræver compliance i flere led. Du vil derfor arbejde tæt sammen med vores CFO og ledelsen i de enkelte divisioner samt afdelinger som Legal, Privacy & Security, HR Legal og Kvalitetsafdelingen, som du sammen med sikrer Semler Gruppens overholdelse af relevante love og regler samt effektiv håndtering af strategiske risici. Du forventes derfor at have en bred kontaktflade til hele organisationen for at afdække de specifikke behov.

Governance, Risk and Compliance teamet består af 8 dedikerede medarbejdere, som består af 7 specialister og 1 studentermedhjælper. Du vil være en del af Group Finance ledelsesteam og rapportere direkte til Head of Group Finance.

Dine ansvarsområder inkluderer:

  • Sætte den strategiske retning for teamet og motivere til løbende professionel udvikling.
  • Sikre overholdelse af love, regler og interne politikker, blandt andet Registreringsafgiftsloven, Hvidvaskloven mfl.
  • Sikre vedligeholdelse og udvikling et robust internt kontrolmiljø, der understøtter Semler Gruppens mål, værdier og risikoappetit.
  • Implementere digitaliserede processer og værktøjer, der optimerer kontrol og effektivitet på tværs af organisationen.
  • Rapportere om besvigelser, risici og compliance til ledelsen og sikre løbende opfølgning og forbedringsinitiativer.
  • Sikre nyeste viden inden for GRC-området og rådgive ledelsen og fremme en kultur af ansvarlighed og integritet.

Om dig
Vi forventer du har en relevant bachelor- eller kandidatgrad i jura, økonomi, finans, regnskab, virksomhedsledelse, eller et lignende felt. Du har gerne mindst 10 års erfaring med relevant ledelse af teams inden for finansiel governance, risk management, compliance og procesoptimering, og har dokumenteret erfaring med at lede og udvikle teams med specialister.

Du har desuden:

  • Erfaring fra bilbranchen eller lignende reguleret branche som finans, sundhed eller energi.
  • Høj grad af forretningsforståelse, og kan balancere compliance krav med kommercielle interesser.
  • Evne til at sætte retning, vision og mål for teamet, uden at skulle involvere sig i alle detaljer.
  • Evne til at træffe beslutninger, når det er nødvendigt, men også at lede med tillid og tiltro til teamet og inspirerer dem til at træffe egne beslutninger.
  • Evne til at motivere og fastholde engagement blandt medarbejderne.
  • God forståelse for IT-systemer og værktøjer til risikostyring mv., evt. RISMA, Power BI eller lignende.
  • Stærke kommunikations- og præsentationsevner på både dansk og engelsk.
  • Pålidelig og ansvarsbevidst, som sætter en ære i at overholde deadlines.
  • En nytænkende, proaktiv, struktureret og løsningsorienteret arbejdsstil.
  • En motiverende, tillidsvækkende og involverende lederstil med et glimt i øjet.
