Industrial Architect
We are in search of a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Aalborg. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and facilities, ensuring functionality, safety, and adherence to building codes. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and clients to develop innovative solutions that meet their specific needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and design industrial buildings that meet their needs
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Work closely with engineers to ensure structural integrity of the designs
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors during the construction phase to ensure proper implementation of designs
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
