Student Assistant

Here is your chance to join an international company with around-the-world presence with a team in Copenhagen. We are looking for a student assistant, working 15-20 hours a week.

You will get the opportunity to work with full circle of client management on a worldwide level. We will give you responsibility for our established SME clients. In this role, you will be focusing on their business development, ensuring client satisfaction, and handling administrative tasks such as preparing quotes and issuing sales material. You will work closely with our pre-sales team in this process.

To thrive and be satisfied in this role, it is important that you have a strong interest in account management.

The position will report directly to the Account Director.

JOB PROFILE

  • Build and maintain positive work relationships with customers & prospects to create long-term business
  • Grasp the company's sales process and support our sales team
  • Work with our CRM database system and always make sure that it is updated
  • Work closely with our established sales team to ensure that our offerings are communicated to the relevant customers and leads
  • Work to ensure timely and appropriate follow-up for all sales-related activities
  • Follow up on in-bound leads and pro-actively reach out to an installed customer base

REQUIREMENTS

Our ideal candidate will have the below qualifications, skills, and attributes:

  • Fluency in any of the following languages:
  • German, Dutch, French, Spanish, or Portuguese
  • Any other language is a plus
  • Experience or strong interest in working with the software B2B sector
  • Experience with customer relationship dialogues, preferably on a technical level
  • Basic understanding of operating systems, virtualization software, and compilers
  • Technology-savvy with proficiency in using CRM tools (we use HubSpot and Netsuite)
  • Detailed organizational skills with the ability to prioritize & track is a must
  • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills since you would also be working with the US
