Curious and Ambitious Clinical Operations Manager (COM) for our company in Denmark

About the Position
Under the oversight of the COM Lead, the person we are looking for will work as a start-up specialist and be responsible for execution and oversight of clinical trial country submissions and approvals and for budget/finance aspects. As a COM, you will also contribute to or lead initiatives and projects adding value to the business.

Performance and compliance are key aspects of the COM role. As a cornerstone of the Clinical Trial process, the COM must ensure that the given project meets both our company's standard as well as local regulations.

The ideal candidate for the COM-position should be skilled in problem solving and be proactive in mitigation plans. Both identifying risks, analyzing causes, and proposing solutions are key qualities in the mindset of our next COM.

About you

Furthermore, our ideal candidate should:

  1. Have excellent verbal and written language skills in both Danish and in English and excellent communication skills.
  2. Ability to work with multiple deliverables, protocols and a wide range of people simultaneously.
  3. Have sense of accountability / urgency with ability to set priorities.
  4. Have a proactive attitude to solving problems / proposing solutions.
  5. Have positive mindset, growth mindset, capable of working independently, and being self-driven.
  6. Hold a bachelor's degree within the fields of Life Science, or equivalent Health Care related experience.
  7. Possess knowledge of budget and contract negotiations, local regulatory environment and submission and approval processes, including understanding of how these impact study start-up.
  8. The candidate is expected to be in the office in Copenhagen every week and as needed.
