In Deloitte's Technology and Transformation department, our ServiceNow team is looking for passionate individuals to join our ServiceNow Talent Program—a unique initiative dedicated to developing the next generation of industry-leading experts in enterprise technology enablement. The ServiceNow Talent Program focuses on building essential skills in business transformation, digital strategy, and technical areas such as workflow automations, integrations, and scripting to enhance your consultant toolbox. You will have the opportunity to specialize in areas like IT, Finance, HR and Risk within the leading-edge ServiceNow platform. In this role, you will translate business requirements into detailed acceptance criteria, manage projects from start to end, identify root causes, and lead the transformation of traditional IT organizations towards Enterprise service-based organizations. You will be a trusted advisor to our clients by providing expert guidance on ServiceNow best practice. You will design and build custom applications tailored to specific business needs, automate workflows, and develop seamless integrations using APIs.
Qualifications: MSc in Information Systems, IT Management, Software Design, Digital Innovation and Management or similar. You should be a team player with a positive attitude, passionate about modern technology, and able to translate requirements. Fluency in English; Danish language skills are a plus. The legal right to live and work in Denmark.
