Sales Manager - Værktøj & Befæstelse

Vi søger en kommerciel Sales Manager til salgsteamet i Østdanmark.
Om os
Vi er en specialsalgsenhed, der i tæt samarbejde med de øvrige salgsfunktioner i Solar, bidrager med vores specialviden inden for værktøj, befæstelse, forbrugsartikler, lager- og logistikløsninger samt C-parts management. Alt sammen for at skabe værdi for vores kunder og dermed optimere deres forretning.
Vi er 26 topmotiverede medarbejdere, hvor trivsel, begejstring og arbejdsglæden ved varig vækst er i fokus. Vi brænder for at udvikle os selv, samtidig med at vi også udvikler vores kunder og deres forretning. Vi har fart på, og som en naturlig del af vores udvikling, udvider vi løbende vores organisation, og nu med en Sales Manager i Østdanmark.
Stillingen og fokusområder
Du bliver ansvarlig for Solar Værktøj & Befæstelse i Østdanmark, hvor du skal sikre omsætning og indtjening, samt have ansvaret for budgetlægning og -opfølgning. Du får et topmotiveret team af salgskonsulenter, hvor din ledelsesopgave bliver at sikre fortsat udvikling og vækst. Du skal løbende søge at fremme og udvikle samarbejdet med de øvrige salgsenheder i Solar.
Du får din egen kundeportefølje, bestående af et begrænset antal KAM kunder, som du selv bliver aftaleansvarlig for.
Du bliver en del af lederteamet i Værktøj & Befæstelse med reference til Salgsdirektøren.

Vi søger dig, der har et udpræget kommercielt mindset, hvor erfaring inden for både niche- og konceptsalg er en forudsætning (værktøj, befæstelse, forbrugsartikler). Du skal finde det naturligt at gå forrest med nye ideer og opgaver, og du skal være i stand til at få dit team med. Du skal kunne håndtere mange bolde i luften og evnen til at rangere dem, så der bliver plads til flere. Og du skal frem for alt drives af at se dine medarbejdere lykkes i deres opgaver.
Ledererfaring/-uddannelse er en forudsætning, da ledelse, udvikling og træning af medarbejdere er en væsentlig del af jobbet.

Du bliver ansvarlig for den østlige del af Danmark og bliver fast tilknyttet vores kontor i Brøndby.
