Marketing Communication Specialist (Maternity Cover – 9 months)

This role is offered on a hybrid basis, which involves a combination of working from our office in Copenhagen and also remotely.

We are looking for a Marketing Communication Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our brand presence, managing external communications, and supporting various marketing initiatives across different channels. What you will be doing to be successful in this role:

  1. You will develop and implement engaging social media strategies to strengthen brand awareness and engagement. By creating and managing high-quality content on LinkedIn, you will ensure that our messaging aligns with our brand identity while actively monitoring trends and opportunities in the digital space.
  2. Acting as the main point of contact for PR and translation agencies, you will oversee press releases, media relations, and public relations campaigns. You will also manage translation services to ensure accuracy and consistency across all communications.
  3. In this role, you will take the lead in planning, organizing, and executing company events. Working closely with internal teams and external vendors, you will coordinate logistics, manage timelines, and ensure smooth event execution that aligns with our marketing strategy.
  4. You will also be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the quality of content on our company website. Collaborating with local teams and content creators, you will oversee updates, ensuring that the website remains fresh, relevant, and aligned with our brand voice.

If you have the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a communication or marketing role
  • Passion for communication, digital media, and marketing
  • Strong knowledge and experience in social media management
  • Fluent in Swedish with excellent communication and writing skills; proficiency in an additional Scandinavian language is a plus. Fluency in English is required for working in an international environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and take ownership of tasks
  • Experience and understanding of B2B marketing is an advantage
  • Experience with Contentful is an advantage.
