In our line of work, life isn't a given - it's the ultimate goal. When life takes an unexpected turn, our technology and solutions enable caregivers to make informed diagnostic decisions to improve patient care. This is our shared purpose at Radiometer and what unites all +4000 of us - no matter our roles or where in the world we're located. Creating impactful innovations like ours, doesn't happen overnight - it requires uncompromising persistency, passion, and a desire to make a difference. Here, you can learn, grow, and chart an uncommonly diverse career.

Radiometer is proud to work alongside a community of six fellow Diagnostics Companies at Danaher. Together, we're working at the pace of change to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address the world's biggest health challenges.

Radiometer is embarking on a strategic initiative to digitalize our supply chain and manufacturing operations in the coming years, which among others includes transitioning to a new ERP platform (D365FO), implementing new Planning system, new MES systems and build up an OT organization.

To be a key contributor to this strategy, we're seeking a Digital Transformation Specialist. This role is a unique combination of technical expertise, business knowledge, and change management, ensuring that digital initiatives align with business goals and are implemented smoothly across the organization.

You will be part of the Global Operations Digital Excellence (GODE) program, located in Brønshøj and working onsite. You'll report to the Senior Manager of IT Operation Digitalization, who is responsible for the IT part of the GODE program.

If you're a proactive business-facing professional who wants to be part of our future digitalization strategy for supply chain and manufacturing, we encourage you to read on.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Optimize and standardize our business processes within Supply Chain and Manufacturing with a digital and global mindset to support the implementation of our digital strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and IT professionals, to define business requirements and develop digital solutions that meet the organization's supply chain and manufacturing needs and increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and drive business value.
  • Manage the digital change process, including training and support for employees adapting to new technologies.
  • Conduct research on emerging digital trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge and develop metrics to monitor the performance of digital initiatives to assess their impact and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and cybersecurity best practices in all digital projects.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Understanding of the digital landscape and the ability to identify opportunities for process technological advancement, and crafting strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • A deep understanding of current and emerging digital technologies, spanning across areas such as cloud computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and more.
  • Strong change management skills that help us lead our organizations through change and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to guide strategic decisions. Set up KPIs using analytics to track progress and leverage insights to optimize digital initiatives.
  • Understanding of customer experience principles. Empathize with our internal customers, understand their journeys, and use these insights to drive digital solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as FDA, ISO, or GDPR, and experience in ensuring compliance with these regulations and standards within manufacturing and supply chain.
  • Experience in an agile approach to manage iterative development and rapid changes.
