Coop Danmark is one of Denmark's leading suppliers of groceries, operating the chains Kvickly, Super Brugsen, Brugsen, and 365 Discount. In the Coop family, we are around 40,000 employees and have approximately 900 stores across Denmark. We are owned by our 2 million members.

At Coop Technology, we have successfully upgraded most of our IT systems over the past 5 years, aiming to create a stable, secure, and future-proof IT platform for Coop. Most significantly, we have completed one of the world's largest and most ambitious SAP retail implementations, "Coop One," SAP S/4 HANA. Now, we need to bring the solution to the next level.

You will be part of an IT organization dedicated to supporting and developing Coop's newly established SAP S/4 HANA Retail solution and the surrounding non-SAP applications.

Your New Team
You will lead a team of 9 highly skilled Solution Responsible Professionals, working with various application technologies, such as SAP and STIBO EDI, focusing on the operations and development of different applications. Reporting to our IT Manager, Supply Chain Services, you will have the opportunity to showcase your proven skills in application management and integration, helping us build the strong foundation needed for Coop to continue its digital transformation.

About the Role
As a Team Lead – Application Management in CoE Supply Chain Technology, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful operations and development of our various IT applications in close collaboration with your colleagues. You will play a key role in leading the team and ensuring high solution standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of IT experts responsible for applications related to Supply Chain, Promotions, Procurement, and Master Data.
• Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, integrity, and a positive attitude.
• Foster Teamwork: Set high standards for yourself and your team, encouraging collaboration and support.
• Motivate and Inspire: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, encouraging open communication, recognizing individual and team achievements, and providing constructive feedback.
• Develop Talent: Identify and nurture the strengths of each team member, providing opportunities for professional growth and development through training, mentoring, and coaching.

Who are you?
You will have many stakeholders both internally and externally, so it is important that you are good at communicating and can navigate at all levels across the organization. We are an international team where you will meet employees, consultants, and suppliers who speak Danish and English.

We imagine that you have a relevant education within IT. Your work style is persistent, structured, and detail-oriented when the task requires it. You are action- and solution-oriented and have a rational approach to task-solving.

We imagine that you have:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within an IT environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience with ITIL processes and applications (we use ServiceNow).
• Experience with managing IT contracts.
• Experience with leading external consultants from an international 3rd party delivery partner.
• Knowledge of ERP platforms within the retail industry.
• Fluency in Danish and English.
