Du står i spidsen for både vedligeholdelse og udvikling, hvor du med din faglige ekspertise og dit strategiske overblik leder teamet og driver større ombygningsprojekter. Du får mulighed for at projektere, styre og gennemføre projekter, hvor du sætter retningen og sikrer, at vi når i mål med de bedste løsninger. Hvis du brænder for teknisk ledelse, elsker at have ansvar og vil være en del af et team, hvor din indsats gør en forskel hver dag, så er dette jobbet for dig

Dine arbejdsopgaver:

  • Du har det forkromede overblik over husenes tekniske tilstande
  • Du udarbejder, vurderer og styrer tekniske projekter fra start til slut
  • Du sikrer, at projekter overholder budgetter, og du finder effektive løsninger, der minimerer omkostninger uden at gå på kompromis med kvalitet
  • Du er leder for vores teknikere, og står til rådighed for daglig sparring

Din profil

Vi leder efter dig, som:

  • Har erfaring inden for byggeri, drift eller vedligeholdelse af tekniske anlæg og bygninger
  • Har kendskab til projektstyring, budgettering og optimering af tekniske løsninger
  • Tænker løsningsorienteret og trives i at træffe klare beslutninger under pres
  • Formår at kommunikere komplekse tekniske problemstillinger til ikke-tekniske interessenter
  • Holder dig opdateret på den nyeste teknologi, materialer og metoder i branchen
  • Eventuelt har erfaring med udarbejdelse af tegninger, beregninger og tekniske løsninger, bæredygtige løsninger og energieffektivitet samt økonomisk rapportering og cost-benefit analyser

Som Technical Manager i Magasin bliver du en del af et engageret team, hvor vi løfter i flok og hjælper hinanden, når der er behov. Din arbejdstid er 37 timer om ugen og er fordelt på hverdage inden for almindelig kontortid med kontor på Kongens Nytorv i centrum af København. Skulle behovet opstå, er du klar til at besøge vores andre huse, og tage dig af uforudsete hændelser uden for normal arbejdstid. Derudover står du til rådighed på vagttelefon og tilkaldevagter ca. hver fjerde uge afstemt efter teamets behov.

Som ny leder af afdelingen er jeg selv i gang med at forme rammerne for vores arbejde og skabe en stærk base for fremtiden. Sammen med dig vil vi bygge videre på fundamentet og sætte retningen for, hvordan vi udvikler afdelingen og skaber succes – både for teamet og virksomheden. Jeg tror på, at samarbejde, en positiv attitude og en stærk holdånd er nøglen til at lykkes. Her har vi friheden til at tænke nyt, finde smartere måder at gøre tingene på og skabe en kultur, hvor vi løfter hinanden og griner undervejs.
