TOTEME is looking for a Sales Advisor to join our new store in Copenhagen full-time. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador, providing excellent service and building long-term relationships with our customers and driving business in all aspects, from sales to brand building. You will report to the Store Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Deliver excellent service to customers.
  2. Create and maintain long-term relationships.
  3. Work individually and as part of a team to execute efficient workflows and reach sales targets.
  4. Act as an ambassador for TOTEME.
  5. Merchandising and styling.
  6. Plan and execute daily store operations.
  7. Work towards company standards and goals.
  8. Analyze and work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business goals.
YOUR PROFILE
  1. Previous experience in high-end service with a strong lifestyle brand.
  2. Fluent in English and Danish.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's Copenhagen store starting from September 2024.

TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, and New York and a growing number of stores in Europe, North America, and Asia. You will join a dynamic, creative, and highly collaborative team working towards exciting projects and milestones. You will contribute to the company's development and have the opportunity to grow within your role.
