As Head of Utilities and Construction Management, your most important responsibility will be to lead, develop, and engage your team of 16+ specialists. The team is diverse with different professional and social backgrounds, but all team members share a high level of specialist knowledge. We are proud to have a high engagement, great internal collaborations, and to be the largest professional community of utility coordination advisory in Denmark. As part of your daily work as Head of this discipline, you will both partake in your own projects with our large customers as well as contribute to setting direction for project- and construction management, as well as innovation and digitalization of the team's services.
Your key activities will be:
- Carrying out the department action plan and strategy within your discipline,
- Setting clear targets for performance and individual development of your employees
- Day-to-day people management, recruitment and onboarding activities as needed
- Lead/support project teams for the undertaking of projects
- Provide technical leadership on projects
- Providing input to staff workload planning
- Implementation, integration and development of digital strategies, tools and systems

On top of that, you will have:
- A degree in civil engineering or similar, relating to build environment
- Experience steering projects and providing technical guidance within the utilities sector in Denmark
- Comprehensive experience within the utilities sector - particularly within transportation or buildings,
- Professional proficiency in Danish and English.
