Primary tasks:

  1. You will be part of the FP&A team supporting the growing organization.
  2. Support business units and management with financial steering and analysis.
  3. Participate in the preparation of the monthly board report.
  4. Improve the ongoing reporting and analysis for specific business units, along with budgeting and forecast updates for these.
  5. Become a trusted business partner for the management team.

Your Profile:

  1. We expect you to have relevant working experience as a Business Controller in a startup or similar environment.
  2. Experience with partnering with the R&D department and working with technical specialists is a big plus.
  3. The position requires skilled inquisition and financial skills, with key financial knowledge in accounting and forecasting.
  4. Practical experience in cost accounting, calculation of tariffs, and project control, as well as ERP/BI tools.
  5. Confident to work on your own initiative, being proactive, and communicating on different levels within the organization.
  6. Ability to maintain a global perspective, influence/impact, be service-oriented, and effectively organize change.
  7. You get excited about a workday where things are moving constantly and the implementation of structures and processes is both a necessity and a big task.
  8. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  9. Excel super user and good at modeling.
