Your Opportunity
You will be an instrumental part of our sourcing function in India, leading a growing sourcing delivery team, working closely with our Recruitment Manager for India.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT sourcing specialists.
• Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback.
• Implement global standardised processes and best practice across teams in India.
• Worked with global cross-functional teams in a metrics environment.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.

Consultant Experience:

• Ensure a positive consultant experience throughout the process.
• Communicate effectively and ensure timely feedback to consultants.
• Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system (ATS) for efficiency and tracking.

End-to-End Recruitment:

• Optimise the entire recruitment lifecycle from going to market, to offer acceptance.
• Reduce delivery time.
• Increase hitrate (CV send: Placement)
• Ensure the highest levels of quality when the team source, screen, and interview consultants to deliver a strong pipeline of qualified technology consultants.
• Coordinate and optimise technical interviews.
• Utilize data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external hiring managers and stakeholders, who are based all over the globe.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and metrics.
• Act as a trusted advisor on consulting best practices and market trends.

Key skills for role:
Experience:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technology recruitment, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully building, supporting, and leading a recruitment team.
• Experience working in an international environment.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in using a wide range of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
