Play a key role in our next chapter of growth
As a Specialist in our Paid Social team, you will be a part of the development, execution, and optimization of Paid Social activities for some of the biggest and most ambitious companies. You will cooperate with our other specialists across our offices and countries, and together with your colleagues, you will play an important role in making sure that our offerings will remain competitive in the dynamic digital landscape.

Responsibilities include:

  • Development, optimization, and execution of clients' paid social strategy
  • Incrementality testing and creative performance
  • Strategic and business-oriented sparring for clients with a focus on the clients' needs, goals, and challenges
  • Analyzing performance of campaigns both short and long-term
  • Proactively working with client services on campaign set-up and optimization strategy
  • Strategic cooperation with other specialists to guarantee a holistic approach to digital marketing

You love Social Media Marketing
We expect you to have 5-7 years of experience within Paid Social, preferably from a similar role in a digital agency.

Furthermore, you can probably recognize the following about yourself:

  • Experience with development and execution of media campaigns and creative strategies
  • Experience with Paid Social and relevant tools e.g. Facebook Ads Manager, Smartly, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest
  • Direct and open in your communication and deliver high-end, well thought through presentations
  • Deliver thorough research and findings on brand and performance on social channels
  • Reliable, present, and empathic in your dialogue with clients and colleagues
  • Work independently and proactively and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Have an EU work permit
