Vi samarbejder med virksomheder og private for at skabe uforglemmelige arrangementer med sæsoninspirerede cocktails, tilpassede menuer og professionelle bartendere. Vi har årligt mere en 5.000 ordrer og 1.000 events som afvikles med branchens højeste standard.

Tasks

Som Event Operations Manager hos Cocktail Company bliver du ansvarlig for drift og eventafvikling fra vores hovedkvarter i Glostrup. Du vil lede et fast team på fire ansatte og ti sæsonarbejdere i højsæsonen. Dine ansvarsområder vil bl.a. Være:

  • Sikre en knivskarp logistik og drift: Du står i spidsen for lagerstyring, transport og logistik, så vores events kører gnidningsfrit hver gang. Du står i spidsen for udpakning og pakning af leverancer til events med håndtering af mellem 5 og 20 varebiler dagligt.
  • Ledelse med energi og tilstedeværelse: Som frontfigur for dit team sætter du standarden og inspirerer både faste medarbejdere og sæsonarbejdere til at yde deres bedste. Du leder fra gulvet og viser vejen.
  • Optimering af driften: Du er altid på udkig efter smartere måder at gøre tingene på. Du arbejder på at sikre en endnu mere effektiv og problemfri drift.
  • Navigere i højsæsonens intensitet: Når presset stiger, bevarer du overblikket. Du sikrer bemanding, planlægning og løser udfordringer, før de bliver problemer. Kort sagt, du får det hele til at spille – også når det går stærkt
Requirements

  • Du har solid erfaring med ledelse af en driftsfunktion, gerne med fokus på lager, transport eller logistik, og du ved, hvordan man skaber en effektiv og velkoordineret operation.
  • Du er en naturlig problemløser, der hele tiden har et øje på, hvordan driften kan optimeres og forbedres for fremtiden.
  • Du trives i en dynamisk hverdag og har det godt med perioder med højt tempo – særligt i juni, august, november og december – samtidig med, at der er stor fleksibilitet i de roligere måneder.
  • Du har erfaring med eller stor interesse for eventbranchen eller beslægtede brancher som restaurationslivet, nattelivet eller lignende, hvor præcision, service og oplevelser er i højsædet.
