Technical Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing complex, technical projects that drive the development of cutting-edge communication systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, manage resources, and ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget project delivery. Additionally, you will be pivotal in the planning, execution, and optimization of our project management processes.

• Define project scope, success criteria, and objectives for critical projects, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Manage resources, address critical challenges, and mitigate risks.
• Take ownership of system integration and deployment, ensuring seamless integration of internal and partner products, and proactively resolve issues.
• Develop and execute plans for integration, verification, validation, and qualification, including test case development and execution.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including test results, and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Oversee installation and configuration of software and hardware components for deployment and operational readiness.
• Lead and manage diverse project teams, including external partners, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, System Engineer, or Technical Product Manager, preferably more.
• Proven experience in technical project management, system engineering, and product development, ideally within high-tech environments.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a similar technical field.
• Solid understanding of Linux/Windows OS and strong networking skills.
• Ability to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities, thriving in independent work.
• Enjoy working within an agile software development environment.
• Living within commuting distance of Aarhus, fluent in Danish and English, with a clean criminal record, and either a Danish citizen or having lived in Denmark for at least 7 years.
