We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Copenhagen on a seasonal basis As the Executive Chef you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the kitchen including food preparation menu planning and staff management You will work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure high-quality food and service for our guests

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage kitchen operations including food preparation cooking and plating
Develop seasonal menus that incorporate fresh local ingredients
Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant
Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
Extensive knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Must have own visa or work permit for Denmark

We offer competitive salary of 1800$ per month along with accommodation during the season This is a great opportunity for an experienced Executive Chef looking to gain international experience in one of Europes most dynamic culinary scenes If you are passionate about creating delicious dishes using fresh local ingredients and have strong leadership skills we would love to hear from you

Please note that this is a seasonal job with the possibility of extension based on performance

Applicants must have at least a 12th grade education or equivalent Danish nationality or previous work experience in Denmark is preferred but not required
