We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of ERP Systems to oversee and optimize our ERP systems. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership, and a deep understanding of business processes to drive operational excellence and support organizational goals.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of ERP and ERP system implementations.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define detailed system requirements.
  3. Ensure seamless integration of the ERP system with existing IT infrastructure and business operations.
  4. Develop and deliver training programs for end-users.
  5. Provide ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions.
  6. Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with third-party vendors.
  7. Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

Team:

You will report directly to our Chief Digital Officer as part of the Digital Team and have a dotted line to Group CFO, as part of the Finance Team.

What we are looking for:

  1. You've got solid experience with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics NAV/365 and potentially know your way around tools like Continia, TaskLet, Lessor, and SI Foodware 365 or similar.
  2. Strong understanding of ERP setup, maintenance, and integrations, including MRP, EDI transactions, XML delivery controls, and 3PL solutions in a multi-entity setup.
  3. Proven track record of managing both small and large-scale internal development projects, from process optimization to system implementations.
  4. You're great with people, a strong communicator, and know how to work with different teams and stakeholders to get things done.
  5. You've got skills with the Power Platform and the Dynamics 365 ecosystem—and you're not afraid to use them
