We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions within the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) platform. This role requires a deep understanding of the technical aspects of Dynamics 365 F&O, as well as the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Currently the focus is our Global Digitalization Strategy across ERP and CRM including customer facing contract management tools. You will also need to assist on an ad-hoc basis providing expertise on the current running platform AX2012 until it has been replaced with D365. The future portfolio is concentrated around The Microsoft Platform D365 and Salesforce. Moving from independent solutions at our sites around the world to a Global Digital Platform that will be rolled out. The Platform will be the key element for the successful business operations and for fulfilling our ambitious growth target of doubling in size over the next few years.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design: Develop and design technical solutions within Dynamics 365 F&O to meet business requirements and ensure scalability, performance, and security.

2. Implementation: Technical implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, including customization, and integration with other systems.

3. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

5. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 F&O, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

6. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, implementation plans, and user guides.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Microsoft ERP, and Dynamics 365 F&O, including technical solution architecture, implementation, and support.

2. Certifications: Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certifications.

3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Dynamics 365 F&O modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, Trade & Logistics, Inventory, and Production.

4. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

5. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.

6. Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with other Microsoft Dynamics platforms, Azure, and the Power Platform.

2. Knowledge of ERP systems and business processes.

3. Experience working in a global enterprise environment.
