We have a strong global brand position with head office and showroom in Copenhagen, Denmark – and we are currently looking for an Ecommerce Operations Manager to become part of our Ecommerce team.About the position:

As an Ecommerce Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing GUBI's online retail platform, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving operational excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team, contribute to our digital growth, and work closely with cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge ecommerce strategies. You will report directly to the Ecommerce Manager.

Key responsibilities:
  1. Oversee and manage daily ecommerce operations across platforms.
  2. Develop and execute strategies to optimize online sales performance.
  3. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.
  4. Analyze sales metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance performance.
  5. Manage inventory and stock levels in alignment with sales trends.
  6. Ensure website content is up-to-date and visually appealing.
  7. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns.
  8. Monitor and report on KPIs related to ecommerce.
  9. Stay current with ecommerce trends and technological advancements.
  10. Maintain compliance with legal, data, and payment processing requirements.
Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in ecommerce operations management.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  3. Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and tools.
  4. Proficient in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and analyze performance.
  5. Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  6. Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing principles.
  7. High proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  8. Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes.
  9. Ability to identify and resolve operational issues effectively.
  10. Passion for design and luxury goods is an advantage.
