About the job
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated student to join our commercial and support team as Customer Success Associate for 10-20 hours per week. In this role, you will contribute to Cardlay's success and growth by driving customer onboarding, providing professional service to our clients, and identifying opportunities for solution improvements and market growth. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Onboarding: Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new clients onto the Cardlay Expense platform. Provide training and support to ensure a smooth transition and a positive customer experience.
- Product Demonstrations: Assist new business development and ensure usage of the features and solutions by existing clients.
- Customer Support: Advise and assist our customers with all kinds of product-related questions.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market and customer research to identify gaps, trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth and improvement. Analyze customer behavior and feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the commercial team, UX, and development teams to ensure alignment of efforts.
Your qualifications
To excel in this position, you could have:
- A proactive and hands-on approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in Danish and/or another Nordic language is advantageous.
- Interest in technology and the fintech industry.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Solid experience with Microsoft Office 365 and general understanding of IT systems.

Hours: 10-20 a week
Location: Copenhagen or Odense
