Ecommerce Content Manager

Join us to take ownership of our digital content portfolio. As our new Ecommerce Content Manager, you will ensure there is continuous consistency across our ecommerce content; ensuring the brand is represented correctly at all times on our digital B2C channels.
This role is a maternity cover that runs from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026.
Key responsibilities
As our new Ecommerce Content Manager, your focus will be to develop our ecommerce content strategy which is aligned with our short-term and long-term marketing and sales targets.
Moreover, you will:
- Collaborate with creative, product and marketing teams to plan and develop site content, style and layouts.
- Create and publish engaging content for our .com site (pdp, plp, home etc.)
- Liaise with content writers and our SEO manager to ensure brand consistency and maximize performance.
- Monitor analytics and user behavior, to identify trends and track KPIs, enabling data-driven improvements to enhance functionality, user flow, and conversion rates.
- Develop an editorial, publishing calendar for our global site.
- Stay up to date with developments and generate new ideas to draw our audience's attention.
- Lead content related projects.
What you bring
We are searching for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Content Manager in the B2C sector, ideally with exposure or firsthand experience in high-end/luxury consumer products.
Moreover, you bring:
- A passion for websites, with a creative mindset and a strong sense of design and user experience.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), experience working with Contentful is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Figma, HTML, CSS, and SEO best practices.
- Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics, heat maps, and other tools to track performance and suggest improvements.
- Proactive attitude and eager to take initiative and propose creative solutions.
- Proficient project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Extraordinary attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) is mandatory.
What we offer
Located at our global offices in Kongens Lyngby, you will join a diverse and multi-cultural marketing and ecommerce team of over 70 people, plus regional teams. Additionally, you will regularly interact with all marketing departments (communications, operations, analytics & insight, brand), as well as leaders across sales, finance, strategy, product design and many more.
Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits package.
Location: Kongens Lyngby, Denmark.
Start date: As soon as possible.
Travel: Approx. 5%
