Role Overview:

As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading the technical design and implementation of complex Dynamics 365 CE projects. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of both remote and on-site work in our Copenhagen office.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design and architect comprehensive Dynamics 365 CE solutions that meet client business requirements.
  2. Develop technical specifications, solution architecture documents, and data models.
  3. Evaluate and recommend appropriate Dynamics 365 CE modules, customizations, and integrations.
  4. Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
  5. Conduct workshops and meetings to gather client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  6. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on Dynamics 365 CE capabilities and best practices.
  7. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  8. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
  9. Mentor and coach junior developers and consultants.
  10. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  11. Oversee the implementation of Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including customizations, configurations, and integrations.
  12. Design and implement integrations with other systems, such as ERP, CRM, and third-party applications.
  13. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  14. Provide technical expertise during pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations and proposal development.
  15. Assist in estimating project effort and timelines.
  16. Stay current with the latest Dynamics 365 CE features and technologies.
  17. Continuously improve knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect or similar role.
  3. Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, etc.).
  4. Strong experience in designing and implementing complex Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
  5. Experience with data migration and integration using tools like SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or similar.
  6. Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based architecture.
  7. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  10. Fluent in English; Danish language skills are a plus.
  11. Experience with agile methodologies.
  12. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.
