Information Security Compliance Student Assistant

Job Content, Responsibilities, and Possibilities
Based in our Aarhus office (Denmark), you will support global IT operations with a particular focus on information security governance and compliance processes. You will join a skilled and international team that collaborates across the company to ensure our IT and security practices align with business needs and industry standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Supporting the implementation and maintenance of internal information security controls and compliance activities
2. Assisting in coordinating recurring governance tasks and documentation workflows
3. Following up on action items, project deadlines, and annual planning cycles related to IT compliance
4. Supporting stakeholder engagement activities such as scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups
5. Contributing to internal assessments and awareness initiatives related to information security
6. Assisting with user administration, IT onboarding, and general support tasks as needed

As a Student Assistant, we expect that you can work an average of 15-20 hours per week with flexibility for your studies, exam periods, and PEAK Wind business needs.

A Student with a Strong Interest in Information Security
We imagine you are currently studying for a degree in IT, Cyber Security, business IT, or a related field, with at least two years remaining until graduation. You should have a genuine interest in information security, risk, and compliance, as well as a structured and organized work style.

You have strong communication skills, can manage tasks independently, and are comfortable engaging with stakeholders across departments. An understanding of Microsoft 365 tools and general IT systems is a plus. As PEAK Wind is a global company, fluency in English is essential.
