Team and Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Controller to join our electronics factory in Lystrup. This position offers a unique opportunity to have a high impact on business decisions and interact with various stakeholders across the organization. You will be working closely with the Senior Vice President (SVP) of EMF and will be responsible for key controlling functions within our manufacturing operations.
You will be part of a diverse team that includes both experienced professionals and newer colleagues, fostering an environment of learning and collaboration. Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing Variance Analysis and Efficiency Follow-Up: Analyze manufacturing variances, identify root causes, and monitor efficiency to ensure optimal performance and cost control.
- Monthly Reporting: Create and deliver comprehensive monthly performance reports in collaboration with the SVP for EMF, providing valuable insights and recommendations to the EVP/CFOO.
- Forecasting and Budgeting: Assist in the forecasting and budgeting processes for Business Area (BA) and Operating Area (OA) Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring accurate and realistic financial planning.
- Working Capital Controlling: Manage and control working capital to maintain financial stability, optimize inventory levels, and improve cash flow.
In addition to manufacturing controlling, you will also take on project controlling responsibilities for high-profile projects such as the F-35 and ESSM, providing financial oversight and ensuring project budgets are adhered to.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with 0-4 years of relevant experience and a strong educational background, ideally with a Cand.merc. degree or similar. Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI is highly preferable, as these tools are essential for data analysis and generating insightful reports. Strong communication skills in both Danish and English are crucial, as the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely in both written and spoken formats will enable effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
A successful candidate will possess a can-do spirit and technical curiosity, along with strong analytical skills. You should be committed and persistent, demonstrating dedication to seeing tasks through to completion. Organizational skills are essential, as you will need to work systematically and manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is vital, requiring you to build professional relationships and contribute constructively to group efforts.
