About the role

As a Senior Business Consultant, you will take a key role in customer projects, spanning across the full life science value chain, including R&D and Commercial. In these projects you will act as the link between business and IT and be able to exploit your skills within project management, agile, business analysis, problem-solving, digital strategy, innovation, or similar. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to join cross-professional teams and work with highly specialized colleagues within the life science domain.

All projects are unique, but as a Project Manager/Sr. Business Consultant you are expected to:

  • Manage and coordinate project activities, including project planning, activities tracking, risks, status meetings etc.
  • Facilitation of workshops, including requirement gathering, feature prioritization, process development etc.
  • Analysis and benchmarking of IT and market trends.
  • Development and documentation of IT and business processes.
  • Development of digital strategies.
  • Advisory to clients on navigating the digital landscape within the life science industry.

As a person, you are curious and possess a thirst for solving the customers' most difficult problems. You know how to manage a tricky project with many stakeholders and hold excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

As a minimum, it is expected that you:

  • Hold a relevant master's degree in e.g. business, finance, economics, mathematics, information technology, or engineering with above-average academic achievements.
  • Have +5 years of experience within a consulting company or similar.
  • Have experience in applying meaningful technologies, methodologies, and techniques to solve business problems.
  • Master English at a professional level as it is our and our customers' company language.

It is not a requirement to have work experience in life science, rather, you should be able to identify with the following characteristics:
