The Position

As a Maintenance Engineer in Fill & Finish Expansions, you will play a crucial role within the Operational Standards organization. In the Fill & Finish Expansions program, we are responsible for establishing new production facilities, introducing new process equipment within Aseptic and Finish production, Intra Logistics, and QC labs. We develop and implement common standards for maintenance and create maintenance plans using internal best practice templates while engaging in co-creation with the sites.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Development of the Maintenance Standards for specific equipment and ensuring deadlines are met.
  2. Providing guidance to the sites on how to develop the Maintenance plans using existing standards.
  3. Ensuring the quality and consistency of the Maintenance plans meet expectations.

The role will require collaboration with our global sites, with some travel expected, estimated at 2-3 trips per year.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you need to have:

  1. An academic degree in engineering, life science, be a marine engineer (maskinmester), or have a technical background within maintenance.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in an operations or maintenance organization, preferably from a pharmaceutical production facility.
  3. Experience working with SAP, risk assessments, and maintenance.
  4. Solid understanding of GMP requirements and the ability to communicate complex content simply.
  5. Strong stakeholder skills to work globally.
  6. Fluency in written and spoken English.
