Din rolle som QA Tester

Du vil spille en afgørende rolle i at sikre, at vores system er stabilt og af topkvalitet. Din arbejdsdag vil være fyldt med spændende opgaver, herunder at identificere, afklare og forebygge live bugs, samt at bidrage til definition, test og kvalitetssikring af nye funktionaliteter. Du kommer til at:

  1. Være med til at strukturere, planlægge og facilitere QA-processer til vores softwareudviklingsarbejde.
  2. Udføre manuel testing på tværs af forskellige enheder og browsere, for at sikre en førsteklasses brugeroplevelse for alle.
  3. Identificere, undersøge og overlevere bugs, så de bliver rettet effektivt.
  4. Følge features og fejlrettelser fra idé til lancering, så alle krav og behov opfyldes.

Hvem leder vi efter?

  1. Du er tech-savvy og har altid været nysgerrig på, hvordan ting fungerer.
  2. Du kan forstå både eksterne og interne brugerbehov, og kan sikre en brugervenlig oplevelse.
  3. Du har øje for detaljer og er god til at finde fejl i webbaserede systemer.
  4. Du læser en teknisk universitetsuddannelse og har lyst til at lære nye værktøjer.
  5. Erfaring med softwareudviklingsmiljøer eller testværktøjer er ikke et krav, men en fordel, da du skal arbejde med Github, VSCode, Kanban boards, Databaser, Docker, Bugsnag, og mere.
  6. Du taler flydende engelsk og dansk.

Your role as a QA Tester

You will play a vital role in ensuring the top-tier quality and reliability of our system. Your workday will involve a variety of engaging tasks, ranging from uncovering, clarifying, and avoiding live bugs, to participating in defining, navigating, and testing feature development. You will:

  1. Help structure, plan, and facilitate QA processes within our software development lifecycle.
  2. Conduct manual testing across various devices and browsers, so our system remains best-in-class for all users.
  3. Identify, document, and track bugs to ensure that fixes are implemented effectively.
  4. Follow features and fixes from conception to completion to certify that requirements are met.

Who are we looking for?

  1. You are tech savvy and have a natural curiosity for how things work.
  2. You can understand both external and internal user perspectives, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
  3. You have an eye for detail and a knack for finding bugs in web-based systems.
  4. You are pursuing a technical university education and are eager to learn new tools.
  5. While not required, experience with software development environments or testing tools is a plus, as you will engage with Github, VSCode, Kanban boards, Database Management tools, Docker, Bugsnag, and more.
  6. You are fluent in English and Danish.
