Join Our Team as a Sales Representative/ Account Manager at Ework
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Sales Representative/ Account Manager to oversee the successful delivery of contracted services to our clients. As a Delivery Lead, you'll ensure that SLAs and KPIs are met while building strong relationships with clients and contributing to sales strategy development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate delivery teams for seamless service execution
- Monitor quality, track KPIs, and ensure adherence to client agreements
- Build and nurture client relationships to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and consultants to resolve issues and optimize service delivery
- Provide day-to-day support to clients and colleagues, ensuring smooth operations
- Contribute to sales targets and strategies for assigned clients
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in building and maintaining client relationships
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actions
- A proactive approach to managing stakeholder expectations and identifying business opportunities
- Experience in teamwork and group collaboration
- Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English (spoken and written)
Qualifications:
- Strong background in client management and stakeholder communication
- Experience in pursuing new business opportunities within existing agreements
- A self-driven individual with strong prioritization and goal-setting abilities
- A structured, solution-focused approach to tasks
