We are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our dedicated team in Denmark. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with international clients, ensuring seamless payroll operations across various industries. Join the team of skilled Payroll Specialists based in Taastrup, Denmark.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Manage and oversee end-to-end payroll processing using SAP Payroll.
  2. Ensure accurate and timely payroll calculations, deductions, and tax compliance.
  3. Handle complex payroll queries and issues, providing expert solutions.
  4. Maintain and update payroll-related data in SAP.
  5. Collaborate with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  6. Conduct payroll audits and implement process improvements.
  7. Stay current with payroll regulations and ensure compliance.
  8. Train and support junior payroll staff.
  9. System processing of Payroll with control checks and validation.
  10. Preparation and delivery of reports.
  11. Query resolution / problem-solving all aspects of payroll.
  12. Responsible for managing client service requests via the C4C system and addressing inquiries by phone.
  13. Maintaining archive.
  14. Keeping up to date with current legislation changes.
Experience and Education
  1. Minimum 5 years of Danish payroll experience.
  2. Professional working proficiency in Danish and English.
  3. Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  4. High level of accuracy, attention to deadlines, and numeracy.
  5. Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  6. Experience with SAP HR module will be an advantage.
