JOB TITLE - Brand Manager

LOCATION – Copenhagen – with the option to look at people based in other locations across EU.

HOURS - 37 hours

ABOUT THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager to join our team. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for supporting strategic brand development and ensuring strong global brand performance for new launch initiatives within our ambitious growth agenda. You will also have the opportunity to drive brands across Europe and North America. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and Brands.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  1. Driving the development and execution of global brand strategies
  2. Translating portfolio and brand strategies into brand plans and initiatives across geographies
  3. Driving new product launches to support brand growth
  4. Supporting brand communication toolkit development, product concepts, and packaging redesign
  5. Contributing to the development of global brand campaigns for new launches, ensuring global relevance and local market buy-in
  6. Assisting in ensuring consistent execution across all touchpoints by supporting overall strategy and execution in the launch phase
  7. Collaborating with global support functions and markets to ensure alignment
  8. Providing support to markets with brand building: 3-year plans, strategic initiatives, etc.
  9. Contributing to the commercial performance of the category by aligning business objectives with brand developments
  10. Supporting the category's P&L performance through strategic brand initiatives

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?

  1. 5+ years of experience in a strategic marketing role, globally or in a large market, ideally both
  2. Strong capabilities in branding, campaign development, and project management
  3. Experience in contributing to the development of global toolkits and supporting campaign execution through multiple touchpoints in an omnichannel environment
  4. Accountability for brand performance
  5. Strong commercial mindset and proven ability to contribute to category P&L performance
  6. International and data-driven mindset
  7. Proactive and growth-oriented individual who can transform ideas into action, embrace continuous learning, and confidently contribute innovative perspectives to drive positive change
  8. Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate and work with stakeholders cross functionally and across different locations.
  9. Degree in a relevant field and language skills in English, both written and verbal
