The position
In this role, your main responsibility will be to ensure the right quality level for future IT integrations between Novo Nordisk and external warehouses. You will need to gain deep insight into both warehouse processes and IT processes at NN external warehouses, ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements and IT requirements. Furthermore, you will communicate this to your stakeholders, a vast variety of people with different cultures across the globe.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Ensure the right quality level for future IT integrations between Novo Nordisk and external warehouses.
  • Ensure Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP) compliance at Novo Nordisk external warehouses.
  • Write, review and approve quality related documents, such as SOPs, deviations, CR-cases, Quality Agreements, etc.

Participate in relevant audits with external suppliers and internally in Novo Nordisk, offering QA support and GMP/GDP guidance internally to our stakeholders in Supply Chain, primarily to Global Logistics & Distribution. You will also help with improvements both internally in SC QA and between NN and the external WH.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you:

  • Hold an academic degree in e.g., biochemistry, computer science, engineering or another relevant field, preferably with solid IT foundation.
  • Have 3-5 years of relevant experience within quality assurance, such as deviation handling, risk assessment, validations, etc.
  • Have worked with different IT systems, such as SAP or other warehouse management systems, and have a good understanding of the ALCOA+++ principles and data integrity.
  • Preferably have knowledge of IT validation and/or integrations.
  • Are fluent in English, both written and spoken.

On a personal level, you are ambitious, curious, proactive and have a great interest in developing yourself and people in your network. Your attitude is service-minded, independent with an eye for simplicity, and you take responsibility for your tasks. Finally, you demonstrate great communication skills, including the ability to communicate and collaborate with different nationalities and cultures, always focusing on finding solutions rather than obstacles.

About the department

The department has 28 employees and is expected to grow in the coming years.
In our daily work, we collaborate closely with Supply Chain, primarily Global Logistics & Distribution – our Line of Business, whom we support in quality matters, are involved in high impact projects, and set quality direction.
