Inside Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities- Communicates in high quality with tailored support to individual customers.
- Acts proactively in communication with customers, proposing structural visits by the account manager to achieve maximum influence within the sales process.
- Creates high quality quotations that meet applicable expectations/procedures (including appropriate equipment, process conditions, prices, delivery terms).
- Lead generation.
- Works cross-functionally with the Account Manager from the respective territory, or other interested parties, on all pending matters.
- Advises and consults the customer in-and outbound.
- Enters customer data into the CRM system according to guidelines and processes changes.
- Generates data reports regarding products, prices, and conditions of competitors.
- Conducts installed base and competitive analysis.
- Handles inquiries, orders, and complaints according to established procedures.
- Forecasts investments.
- Is always convinced of the added value of VEGA.
- Candidates MUST have relevant experience in process automation, instrumentation, industrial manufacturing processes, sensors, level & pressure.
- Candidates MUST currently reside in Denmark (Important)
- Preferably 2-6 years of successful work experience within sales.
- Preferably a bachelor's in mechanical/electronic/process-industrial automation engineering.
- Customer-focused with the ability to understand and address the customer's underlying needs.
- Technical knowledge.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find timely solutions.
