In this role at Teradyne Robotics (Universal Robots & MIR), you have a unique opportunity to work with highly skilled colleagues in a global robotics organization. You will work closely with our team of operational excellence experts to deliver results in production, quality, and supply chain. You feel good about working in a vibrant environment which will challenge your professional skills.

Optimizing Operations
With your structured and proactive mindset as well as your passion for driving improvement projects and kaizens, you own the results of the projects where you drive improvements.

Further duties and responsibilities include:

  1. Drive Kaizen blitz and projects to ensure improvement based on cross-functional work
  2. Use LEAN/Six Sigma project tools such as PDCA, A3, and DMAIC
  3. Facilitate our Lean and continuous improvement culture
  4. Facilitate Kaizen Blitz workshops across the organization
  5. Close collaboration with Quality, Production, warehouse, supply chain, and R&D regarding continuous improvement
  6. Analyze cause and effect relations and implement preventive actions
  7. Drive and facilitate problem-solving in the organization
  8. Continuously improve assembly methods and assembly time

As an Operational Excellence specialist at Bachelor or Master level, you understand the value in and how to improve productivity and drive optimization. You are a talented communicator and excel in ensuring that all stakeholders are heard and on board when initiating change management processes.

Additionally, we imagine that you come with:

  1. Mechanical and technical understanding of production processes
  2. Experience with production optimization through LEAN tools e.g. 5S, Kaizen, SMED, Kanban
  3. Experience with the management of smaller projects
  4. English and Danish at a high level (spoken and written)
  5. Minimum Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified with ambition to reach black belt
  6. Experience from a similar role is an advantage
