Job and Service Dimension

Location: Onshore

End Date: December 31st, 2025

Scope of Work

  1. Support of the Installation Project Manager in delivery of multidiscipline project by coordinating the ICSS (Integrated Control and Safety Systems) activities including mitigation of risks.
  2. Accountability for defining, planning, and coordinating ICSS single discipline projects schedule including mitigation of risks and delivery of the projects.
  3. Accountability for communication with external and internal stakeholders, including, but not limited to, customers, suppliers, and departments within the organization.
  4. Responsibility for ensuring that all functional aspects are considered and prepared in a timely fashion to meet project objectives.
  5. Responsibility for ensuring that in all matters, prior to decision, an economic assessment is made so that projects and activities are executed with the utmost efficiency and the best economic result for the lifetime cost.
  6. Participation in offshore implementation of ICSS modifications as per project schedule requirements.
  7. Safe and effective execution of minor and major asset projects in accordance with project framework and other relevant company procedures.
  8. Accountability for the success of the projects while being single point of authority for all Discipline related decisions.

Background/Qualification/Experience Required

  1. Engineering degree in relevant discipline.
  2. Proven skills in ICSS project management in offshore oil & gas.
  3. Proven experience (min 5 years) with ICSS systems (ABB and/or Siemens preferred).
  4. Able to work independently within a broad framework with a clear level of authority.
  5. Contribute to the wider decision making including the development of practices, processes, and procedures.
  6. Relevant offshore safety training (BOSIET, H2S; company specific training will be provided).
