Anchored in the Global Portfolio Team (Human Health Biosolutions) and part of the Mental Health and Emerging Health Areas Category, the Mental Health Global Portfolio Team defines the long-term Health Category strategy & portfolio as well as innovation choices within the Mental Health area.

In this role you'll make an impact by:

  • Leading the Mental Health Global Portfolio life-cycle management process and deliverables, on behalf of the Head of the Category, from ideation stage, introduction to maturity.
  • Identifying growth drivers for the Mental Health Category, beyond Commercial and Science (e.g. technologies, regulatory trends).
  • Driving optimization initiatives and focus on performance & profitability within the Mental Health Category, in strong collaboration with the Mental Health Global Commercial Lead and Science Lead.
  • Ensuring overview of key portfolio data and documentation required for the Mental Health Category strategy and tactics (portfolio and pipeline quality, regulatory, etc.).
  • Being the Mental Health Category Portfolio expert; mastering the need for and securing the overview of commercial GINs needed to drive a competitive business (competitiveness).
  • Diligently managing existing portfolio; driving SKU/GIN rationalization, coordinating with the Product Design Team, in situations of potency deviations improvements.
  • Working in close collaboration with Novonesis R&D Project Management Team for NPDs (TPPs to SKU number) and for CPDs with Product Design for the establishment of launch SKUs/GINs (e.g. conc/std. blend/bulk/FG) for both B2C and B2B.

Potentially relevant experience:

  • Strong scientific and business culture.
  • Demonstrated track-record in science-based developments, with demonstrated expertise in driving innovation & growth in global multiple markets environments.
  • Familiarity with B2B and B2C food ingredients value chains.
  • Ability to monitor technical competitive environment and synthesize intelligence for the Category Health area.
  • Strong sense of ownership. Proven ability to think strategically.
  • Demonstrated communication skills and ability to articulate and communicate scientific complex portfolio in a changing environment.
  • Capacity to embrace agile ways of working with a pragmatic approach.
