Med reference til CEO bliver du P/L ansvarlig for at sætte retningen for markederne DACH, Benelux og UK.
Din nøgleopgave er at lede, organisere og udvikle salgsorganisationen, der i dag tæller 8 personer. Her formår du at motivere og coache dit team – både fra afstand, men også via aktive medbesøg i landende. Du får relation til det danske kontor i Østjylland, og kan forvente 75-100 rejsedage årligt.
Du får en vigtig opgave i markedsudvikling af egne brands, og i samarbejde med dine Sales Director kollegaer i Group Sales, at agere hinandens distributører Worldwide. Her vil du skulle medvirke i videreudviklingen af Group Sales strukturen, som understøtter væksten af det samlede unikke produktprogram.
Du bliver en del af ledergruppen i det danske selskab, såvel som produktudvalget, hvor du bidrager til en udviklingsorienteret samarbejdsform på tværs af organisationen.
Stor erfaring med salgsledelseDu kommer med en solid salgsbaggrund indenfor etablering, opbygning og udvikling af forhandlere og distributører i Europa. Dertil er du salgsleder og har flere års erfaring med organisering og udvikling af salgsteams.
Du bliver en succes i rollen, når du kan sikre dig en topmotiveret salgsorganisation samtidig med, at du realiserer budget og målsætninger for udvikling og vækst.
Dansk, engelsk og tysk på forhandlingsniveau er et krav.
