At NOISY MAY, we are looking for an ambitious Social Media Responsible to manage and grow our digital presence across social media – a crucial part of our digital journey.

THE TEAM

You will become part of a small, dynamic, and passionate Marketing team, where creativity and collaboration are key. With a hands-on approach and a high level of agility, you will have the opportunity to bring ideas to life quickly and make a real impact. You will work in-depth with Social Media and influencer marketing while being in close collaboration with our E-commerce team to create a strong and cohesive brand presence across platforms.

THE JOB

As our Social Media Responsible, you will develop and oversee the social media strategy for NOISY MAY across all digital channels. You will be responsible for managing all influencer collaborations internationally, from initial contact and negotiation to contract management. Additionally, you will stay up to date on the latest trends and developments across digital platforms such as Meta and TikTok, ensuring that our strategies remain innovative and relevant. You will manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously to ensure that all social marketing initiatives align with the marketing calendar, seasonal priorities, and brand DNA.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and coordinating content in collaboration with our Marketing and E-commerce team
  • Driving traffic to online stores in line with campaign planning
  • Driving growth across social platforms through strategic execution and performance analysis to strengthen community engagement
  • Overseeing influencer styling and managing budgets for social media and influencer activities
  • Report on and analyze campaigns and collaborations to identify growth opportunities

YOUR PROFILE

As a social media expert and enthusiast with a deep understanding of industry trends and at least two years of experience in a similar role, you bring a creative mindset and fresh, aesthetic ideas to ensure that content remains engaging and impactful. With extensive experience in influencer marketing, including negotiations, selection, and contract management. You have a solid business sense and are confident in using data to drive performance-based decisions. You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. You are a team player who thrives in collaboration but also enjoys working independently. You take a proactive approach and are confident in driving new initiatives forward.

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

  • A relevant bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in digital marketing or communication
  • Proven experience in developing and executing top-tier social media strategies
  • Expertise in creating and coordinating organic content
  • Experience in managing paid social advertising campaigns and budget management
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
