Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance - Finance Consultant

We are looking to hire a skilled Business Consultant to engage with both Travel-ISV solutions and standard Dynamics 365 Finance, including but not limited to: Integrations, Finance, Reporting, and Solution architecture practice in general. You will contribute to both ensuring top-level solutions regarding travel-specific functionality and contribute to the utilization of standard functionality within the abovementioned areas. Ideally, you already have experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and are eager to take the next step in your career.

Your Responsibilities

  • Supporting our customers with triage and rectifying issues together with the other Business Consultants in the Customer Success Team.
  • Take a leading role in managing the customers Issues and initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues post-implementation.
  • Identify Customer pain points, bottlenecks, and areas of inefficiency in the existing processes and utilization, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Document and maintain overview of relevant customer customizations, special processes and features.
  • Provide guidance, and inspiration for additional services.
  • Set up new services, additional features, and change requests.
  • Lead training sessions for end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new ERP system/TravelOperations.
  • Support, test, and deployment of quarter release internally and with customers.
  • Collaborate with the CSM and other teams to ensure that the customers get a smooth transition to their new ERP and Customer Success.
  • Collaborate with Customer success managers to identify opportunities.
  • Participate in customer meetings and drive monthly status reviews calls with customers, on-site as requested.
  • Timely logging of hours in time registration tool.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to other team members.
  • Identify, mitigate and escalate potential risks and recurring issues to head of Customer success.

Skills & Requirements

Different profiles can be relevant, but the ideal candidate has the following competencies:

  • Pro-active, detailed-oriented, independent, and ambitious.
  • Excellent understanding of ERP as a foundation for the technical growth of our customers.
  • Preferably experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
  • Well-developed consulting and communication skills in English (verbal as well as written).
  • Enjoys making a difference for our customers and their businesses.
